August 29, 2013, Pomona, California ~ A week of festivities in early October will mark the 75th anniversary of the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Founder of the Kellogg company, Will Keith Kellogg, known as W.K. (April 7, 1860-October 6, 1951), became known for his cereals. A vegetarian, his strict dietary principles led him to the processing of grains into flaked cereal.
